Mile High Squash

logoMile High Squash (MHS) bridges the opportunity gap by preparing lower-income and minority youths from underserved urban areas for successful matriculation into postsecondary institutions. Mile High Squash envisions an ever-expanding community that leverages its resources for the educational benefits of lower-income and minority youths from underserved urban areas. Founded in 2008 with the key support of Governor Hickenlooper, the Anschutz Foundation, the Denver Athletic Club and the Hashim Khan Foundation, the Urban Squash movement has caught on in Denver and is having an impact on the lives of 43 DPS students.
